Hassen Dakroub
President and Founder, IMS

Hassen Dakroub is President and founder of IMS, Inventory Management Specialists, a supply chain and operations management consulting company that assists clients in lowering overall costs while achieving excellent Customer delivery performance.  

Hassen has over (20) years of operations management experience.  He has consulted for Tier 1 OEM companies in planning, procurement, order management, production scheduling, and inventory management initiatives.  He also has led successful initiatives at these companies in scoping how their ERP Systems (SAP and Oracle), should be managed to improve effectiveness and reduce complexity.  In addition to managing successful initiatives, he has also served as interim Director of Supply chain for startups and has held many senior level management positions within supply chain organizations.  He provides an excellent complement of consulting and hands-on supply chain operational experience. 

Prior to starting IMS, Hassen served in various supply chain roles for over thirteen years at Unisys Corporation.  Key positions included overseeing the Inventory Management activities of 12 plants, Supply/Demand Manager for a major manufacturing facility and Materials Manager. From 2000-2005, Hassen had a leadership role in supply chain for Cisco Systems and then a Director of supply chain for Brocade Communications.

Hassen holds a bachelors degree from the University of Michigan.  Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS, he has held various training and offsite seminars for customers on how to improve operations.

  

 

Lilyana Prasetya
Partner, IMS

Lilyana joined IMS in 2007.   She provides her clients a unique combination of subject matter expertise in business process architecture and system skills built over 17 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations management, business process analysis and design.  She has both S&OP planning leadership as well as IT leadership experience in building and deploying major applications and foundational systems in large fortune 50 as well as start-ups.

Prior to joining IMS, Lilyana held various positions at Cisco for 15 years. From 2002–2007, Lilyana was IT Director at Cisco System. She was responsible for all the supply chain systems and managed a staff of 100 IT professionals worldwide. Her team implemented Oracle upgrade and Advanced Planning System (APS).  She was also instrumental in the design of the Cisco Lean systems and B2B integration with the suppliers.  Before 2002, Lilyana held a leadership position in managing central planning responsible for S&OP planning with CEO and E-staff.  In this capacity, she managed plant execution of revenue shipment targets world-wide and redesigned order fulfillment, demand planning processes, tools and training.  Earlier in her career, she held various positions in IT, planning, production management and new product introduction program management. 

Lilyana is a graduate from University of Washington with a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering.  She also received her Master’s degree in manufacturing management from Stanford University.
