The simple introduction of the performance management system drove immediate operational improvements which in turn led to financial benefits. However, more significant and sustainable results were achieved when client teams took the data from the production DWOR into local problem solving and process improvement sessions. The work of these client led teams using the data generated by the production DWOR generated 13% productivity improvements in the first year.
